This role is crucial for our weekend shifts, where the selected candidate will provide expert care and support to patients with severe burn injuries. The candidate will work within a dynamic team environment to deliver high-quality care in our state-of-the-art facilities. Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in the Burn ICU Monitor patient status and respond to acute changes in condition Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to improve clinical outcomes Educate patients and their families on burn care and management Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards Advanced knowledge of burn care and wound management Proficiency in using medical software and patient care equipment Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state BLS certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) preferred
