Key Responsibilities: Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures by ensuring equipment and supplies are sterile and ready. Assist surgeons and surgical teams during operations by anticipating needs and providing necessary instruments. Monitor patient vital signs and manage patient care throughout surgical procedures. Maintain strict adherence to infection control standards and patient safety protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive perioperative care. Document nursing care and patient responses accurately in medical records. Qualifications/Desired Experience: Current and valid RN license with operating room nursing experience. Proficient knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and sterile techniques. Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure and dynamic environments. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
