Physical Therapist Location: Longmont, CO Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,659 to $1,859 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in Longmont, CO. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Colorado Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred, including evaluation and treatment planning for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Experience conducting 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions preferred. Ability to perform documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with clinic policies and payer requirements. Demonstrated competency in safe patient handling, infection control, and clinic safety procedures. Willingness to participate in student supervision and professional development activities preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule. Assignment Duration: 13 week assignment. Positions Available: 1. Patient Visit Lengths: 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups. Start Date Window: assignment start planned in April (exact date coordinated with recruiter).
