Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift:
Days Pay: $21.49 - $27.94 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's
relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not
offer a hybrid or remote option Job Summary We are seeking a
skilled and detail-oriented Psychometrist to join our Neurosurgery
team and play a critical role in supporting comprehensive
neuropsychological evaluations. In this role, you will administer
and score standardized neuropsychological and psychological
assessments for patients undergoing evaluation for neurological
conditions and neurosurgical procedures. Working closely with
neuropsychologists, neurosurgeons, and multidisciplinary clinical
teams, you will help generate accurate cognitive and behavioral
data that informs diagnosis, surgical planning, and patient care.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a highly
collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on advancing
neurological health and outcomes. Responsibilities Administer a
wide range of standardized neuropsychological, psychological, and
cognitive assessments to patients with neurological and
neurosurgical conditions. Prepare patients for testing by
explaining procedures, ensuring comfort, and establishing a
supportive testing environment. Accurately score, document, and
organize assessment data according to standardized protocols and
clinical guidelines. Maintain strict adherence to test
administration standards, confidentiality requirements, and ethical
practices. Collaborate with neuropsychologists and neurosurgery
providers to support diagnostic clarification and
pre-/post-surgical cognitive evaluations. Monitor patient behavior,
effort, and engagement during testing and document clinically
relevant observations. Ensure proper maintenance, security, and
inventory of testing materials and assessment tools. Assist with
report preparation, data entry, and quality assurance processes for
neuropsychological evaluations. Coordinate testing schedules and
communicate effectively with clinical staff to support efficient
patient flow. Stay current with developments in neuropsychological
testing practices and clinical protocols related to neurosurgical
populations. Requirements: Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's
degree in Psychology or related field. Preferred: Master's degree
in Psychology or Clinical Social Work. Required
Licensure/Certification: None Required. Preferred: Certified as a
Specialist in Psychometry (CSP) by The Board of Certified
Psychometrists (BCP), and/or state licensure as a Psychologist,
Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Professional Counselor. Minimum
Experience: None Required. Strong Preferences: Bilingual (Spanish
and English), and experience with Neuropsychological testing
