Job DescriptionSummaryThis is a full-time position is responsible for the implementation of the sales tactics as they relate to the organizations Sales and Marketing Plan.Job Duties/ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming callsProcess customer orders with ability to up-sell and cross-sellReceived by phone, email or faxUpdate customer recordsRespond to customer requests and questions regarding service, products and account informationAnalyze and rectify customer concerns using various procedures and communication with various departments.Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints relating to orders, delivery dates or service issuesLiaison between customer and freight carriersProvide technical support and provide tracking informationUse technical solutions software to assist customer with spring engineeringPrepare and provide customer pricing quotesGenerate additional sales through telesales activityQualify sales leads and prospectsParticipate in trade shows as neededAll other duties as assignedEducation/Experience/Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesRequired:High School diploma or equivalentAbility to multi-task, detail-oriented, well organizedAbility to solve problems and work independentlyStrong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookStrong work ethicPositive attitudeAble to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environmentPreferred:2-3 years prior sales experienceFluent Spanish and French proficiency$18 - $24 an hour based on experienceResponsibilities:Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customersProspect and contact potential customersReach agreed upon sales targets by the deadlineResolve customer inquiries and complaintsSet follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developmentsCreate sales material to present to customersQualifications:Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fieldsFamiliarity with CRM platformsAbility to build rapport with clientsStrong negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-orientedCompany DescriptionAre you looking for a fast-paced, high-performance position within a fast-growing company?
