On-Site in Loveland, CO Contract : Febuary - August 2026

Agricultural company across the U.S. Pay : $30/ hour About the Role
: Manpower is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition
Partner to join our client's team on a contract basis. In this
role, you’ll play a pivotal part in delivering top-tier talent to
support business priorities across the U.S. You’ll act as a
strategic partner to hiring leaders, driving inclusive recruitment
strategies and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Key
Responsibilities: • Champion the execution of Retail business goals
by efficiently sourcing and delivering top talent. • Manage
full-cycle recruitment including screening, shortlisting,
interviewing, and selection. • Serve as an account manager,
collaborating closely with Sourcing and other TA team members. •
Develop and lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) recruitment
strategies to build inclusive candidate pipelines. • Coach hiring
leaders throughout the hiring process to ensure optimal talent
selection. • Facilitate timely and high-quality candidate reviews
and hiring activities. • Engage in business discussions to align
talent delivery with strategic priorities. • Partner with HR and
internal Centers of Excellence to ensure a positive recruitment
experience. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
within the TA function. What You Bring: • Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent
experience). • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client-facing,
end-to-end recruitment role. - High volume open requisitions - 50
at any given time • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and
excellent computer skills. • Experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • A passion for
