VOLT is seeking candidates for "Software Engineer II ( C# Developer )" role for our client in Fort Collins, CO. This is long term contract role estimated of 24 months. Requirements:Software development in Microsoft .NET stack using C# , WPF and XamarinBuilding Cloud hosted application using micro-services in the Microsoft Azure cloud.BS in Computer Science or equivalent level of degree and experienceSolid background with object oriented methodologies and design patternsPassionate about continuous learning and eager to continually improve your software development abilitiesResponsibilities--- Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum development team including other software engineers, QA engineers, technical leads and product owners Developing state of the art software and collaborate with others to build an excellent user experience for utility industry customers--- Develop solutions in the Microsoft .NET stack using C#Design, develop, test and maintain software in conformance to company policies, standards and industry best practices--- Work and interface with development teams in different time zones and cultureNice to Have- Utility industry experience- Knowledge of secure software development.- Experience with the ESRI suite of software including ArcGIS Desktop, Engine and/or Server.- Experience with ESRI's new ArcGIS Pro SDK is highly desired!- Practiced with a database such as Oracle or SQL Server.- Enterprise architecture work such as REST and Messaging.VOLT is an Equal Opportunity EmployerStandard benefits offerings available are health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D and EA - provided by Dice
