DeveloperWe are looking for a talented Web Application Developer to
join our team in Northern Colorado to help us serve a growing list
of clients.In this role, you will be working collaboratively with
our technology and strategy teams to develop solutions for a full
range of digital projects and marketing programs with an emphasis
on quality and results for our clients.
The ideal candidate is a lifelong learner, has an eye for detail,
and understands how to write reusable and efficient code following
industry best practices. We are looking for full-stack developers
that care about the usability and design aesthetic of the sites
they create as much as the cleanliness and simplicity of the code
that powers them.Responsibilities
- Develop creative, functional, maintainable, and
performance-driven web applications, websites, and components.
- Write high-quality, re-usable code following industry best
practices.
- Contribute to project-based work as well as our internal
library of reusable components.
- Investigate and resolve bugs or deficiencies in project
codebase.
- Provide development estimates for enhancement requests.
- Complete other duties as assigned.CompetenciesWe execute our
projects using .NET, HTML5, CSS3. In order to flourish in this
roll, you will need the following:
- A Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related
discipline
- 3+ years of .NET/ASP.NET development experience using C# and
MVC
- 3+ years of experience with object-oriented design, software
patterns, multi-threading, debugging, and refactoring
- Experience developing websites and microsites in a Content
Management System (CMS) like Kentico or Sitefinity
- Experience troubleshooting CSS, HTML, and javascript
issues
- Experience resolving cross-browser compatibility issues
- Experience with MSSQL Server + T-SQL, creating tables, stored
procedures, and data views
- A creative and persistent problem-solving approachIdeal
candidate would also have:
- Experience developing sites that utilize a Headless CMS (e.g.
Contenful, DatoCMS, Sanity.io, Storyblock, Kontent, etc.)
- Experience with Static Site Generators (Gatsby, Nextjs,
etc)
- Experience with Netlify, Gatsby Cloud, or Azure Static
Sites

$80,000 and $120,000 and is based on years of experience in a
