Job Description:
Title: Full Stack Developer - C#
Location: Fort Collins, Colorado (ONSITE)
Contract
Only US Citizens & GC Holders
Exp: Min. 6+ Years
Need a senior engineer who meets following requirements.
1. Have about six plus years of experience with win32 and/or UWP
development
2. Strong knowledge of C# development and other OO language such as
Java
3. Having a strong understanding on the concept of multithreading
is a must
4. Having worked with Prism framework is a plus.
5. Knowledge of iOS and Android development is a plus
6. Well versed with writing unit tests
7. Should be a strong team player and good communication
8. Experience working in Agile development environment.
9. Should be able to analyze the existing application architecture
and determines coding and integration activities required based on
general objectives.
10. Should be able to collaborate and communicate with management,
internal, and outsourced development partners regarding software
applications requirements.
11. Is a leader (not a manager) and has that leadership
mindset.
12. Collaborative and enjoys working across teams.
13. Positive "can do" attitude.
14. Wants to share their knowledge and enjoys mentor junior
developers.
15. Likes asking questions and learning.
Responsibilities:
--- You'll provide full-stack development vision and expertise,
helping to create innovative customer-driven products and
applications.
--- We'll look to you to help guide, lead and inspire both internal
and outsourced development partners, as well as leading and guiding
multiple project teams of other talented software application
engineers.
--- You'll focus on all stages of the design and development,
helping to successfully develop and refine complex, exciting
applications, applications running on multiple platforms.
--- Help review, evaluate and strengthen design and project
activities, while ensuring compliance with applications design and
development guidelines and standards.
--- Your domain-specific expertise and overall software
applications' leadership will allow you to collaboratively provide
vision and guidance to cross-organization projects, programs, and
activities.
--- In this role, you will drive exciting innovation solutions,
helping to successfully assess and integrate emerging technologies
into various projects and activities within the software
applications design organization.
--- We'll also look to you to help guide and mentor our talented
staff members who have less experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
--- To shine in this role, you'll have at least 6+ years of
experience working with Win32 and/or UWP development.
--- You'll pair this with a robust knowledge of C# development,
combined with other OO languages, such as Java.
--- You're passionate about continually embracing new tools and
technologies.
--- You code with the mindset of not just "does it work," but how
can we make it work BETTER?
--- You are passionate about writing clean, beautiful code. To
ensure beautiful code, you appreciate the power of Test-Driven
Development (TDD)/ writing unit tests.
Bonus Skills:
--- If you've had exposure to Prism, this is a plus, but not
required.
--- Knowledge of iOS and Android development is also a plus.
--- A passion for gaming, either via professional experience, or as
a hobby, is a plus.

--- Experience with multiple software applications / design tools
and languages such as Visual Studio and Git.
--- You'll thrive on analyzing the existing application

improvements.
--- Ability to effectively communicate product architectures,
design proposals and negotiate options at senior management
levels.
--- Help guide leadership and teams on trending software
development strategies and improvements. (This will include
collaborating and brainstorming with management, internal partners,
and outsourced development partners.)
--- Your analytical nature and strong problem-solving skills draw
you to an R&D driven development environment.
