A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer for their Lending Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee development and maintenance of the core ledger platform
Mentor software engineers and developers to foster technical excellence
Plan and manage project execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years of fintech experience
3+ years of leading architecture and design of systems
3+ years of developing financial platforms with ledger technology expertise
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
