HelloTech, a leading nationwide provider of in-home tech support, seeks a dedicated HelloTech Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering hands-on assistance and expert advice for a range of technologies including computer systems, smart home devices, and home entertainment setups. Ideal candidates will be profoundly engaged and passionate about the nuts and bolts of both hardware and software, and deeply committed to resolving complex tech problems, enhancing our customer's experience of modern tech in their daily lives. Provide in-home installation and repair services across a variety of tech products including computers, smart home devices, and home entertainment systems. Troubleshoot technical issues directly and effectively to minimize downtime. Educate customers on the use and benefits of their technology, ensuring customer satisfaction and empowerment. Maintain meticulous records of services rendered, customer feedback, and resolved and unresolved issues. Stay current with the latest technologies and best practices in tech support and home electronics. Strong technical acumen with a wide range of electronic devices Excellent problem-solving skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Strong customer service orientation Any of the following would be beneficial, but not mandatory: CompTIA A, Network, Smart Home Technology certifications.
