can be part of our journey. About the Role We’re looking for an
experienced Director of Product Management to lead the strategy,
vision, and execution for Sugar Sell , the core sales automation
product within the Sugar portfolio. In this role, you will define
how Sugar Sell evolves to support modern selling workflows,
including opportunity management, forecasting, activity planning,
AI?driven experience, insights, and actions. You’ll lead a team of
talented Product Managers, guiding them in building a cohesive,
efficient, and seller?focused experience. You’ll collaborate
closely with Engineering, UX, Architecture, and Go?To?Market teams
to bring the Sugar Sell strategy to life, ensuring the product
remains intuitive, powerful, and scalable for sales teams. This
role operates on a hybrid model, with a mix of remote work and
in-office collaboration at our Denver location, specifically,
working in-office a minimum of 3 days per week. *We are not able to

and Drive the Sugar Sell Vision: Shape the strategic direction for
Sugar Sell, ensuring the product delivers consistent, scalable, and
high?impact seller workflows that support predictable revenue
generation. Lead and Develop the Team: Manage a team of Product
Managers, providing mentorship, clear direction, and growth
opportunities. Advance AI?Driven Sales Productivity & Analytics:
Drive AI?powered capabilities that enhance seller efficiency such
as guided selling, predictive insights, and intelligent automation.
Collaborate and Influence: Partner across Product, Engineering, and
Go-To-Market to ensure platform capabilities align with business
priorities and customer value. Measure and Communicate Impact:
Define and track KPIs related to seller usage, productivity,
adoption, and satisfaction, ensuring transparency and alignment
across teams. What You Will Bring: 10 years of product management
experience, including 3 years leading product managers Demonstrated
success building commercialized, market-facing products (not
internal-use tools) Deep understanding of seller workflows, CRM
systems, sales processes, and revenue technology ecosystems.
Experience with enterprise SaaS products, ideally in CRM, CX, or
adjacent domains. Excellent communication, stakeholder management,
and storytelling skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, Business Administration or related field; MBA a plus
$150,000 - $200,000 a year Expected salary range, depending on
