Coan, Payton & Payne, LLC has an immediate opening for an experienced paralegal to support our real estate transactions team in our Fort Collins, Colorado office. Qualified applicants should have not less than five years of experience as a paralegal with a high quality real estate transactions group. Successful applicants will be well versed in managing attorney calendars, keeping track of all transaction documents on internal systems, docketing and monitoring deadlines related to pending transactions, filing documents as appropriate with various state and county authorities, proofing and editing documents under the supervision of an attorney, as well as general administrative support for their team. We need someone with a proven eye for detail and an obsession for organization as well as good writing and editing skills. The successful candidate will have a passion for client service and take pride in delivering excellent work product both to attorneys and clients. Applicants will be subject to pre-employment criminal and financial background checks as well as drug screening. This is a full-time, in-office position with hours from 8:00AM -- 5:00PM Monday -- Friday.
