Job Description:
Children First Family Law, PC, is looking to hire a full-time
family law attorney with at least three years of experience whose
values match those of our company.
Are you a confident, skilled, empathetic, and compassionate
attorney dedicated to making a positive impact in family law?
Is your priority the well-being of children, and are you committed
to equipping families to flourish despite their broken situations,
much like transforming broken glass into a beautiful stained-glass
window?
Are you seeking a long-term position where you can grow
professionally while truly making a difference in redeeming the
messy area of family law to do better by children?
Do you thrive in a collaborative team environment, but are
confident in managing your caseload independently?
Are you flexible in a highly fluid work environment with many
competing demands?
Are you a strong negotiator who can advocate effectively for your
clients' needs while working closely with the entire team to ensure
a comprehensive assessment of each case?
Do you have strong client management skills, knowing when to draw
the line in terminating representation when a client's needs no
longer fit well with the mission of the firm and its approach?
Would you rather "do right" than "win"?
Are you focused more on people, and do you seek to be efficient and
cost-effective in how you approach cases, rather than focusing on
dollars?
Do you seek litigation efforts if and only if they are necessary,
attempting first and always to preserve peace outside of court?
Are you passionate about learning and being mentored, along with
sharing your knowledge and experience to uplift your
colleagues?
Most importantly, do you have a deep commitment to helping better
family law, driven by your dedication to the well-being and best
interests of the children and families you serve?
If you answered "yes" to all of the above, and if you meet the
qualifications listed below, then we would encourage you to
apply!

About Company:
Children First Family Law, PC (formerly known as Nash Family Law,
PC), is a Colorado-based, forward-thinking, boutique law firm with
a local market dominance and a national presence for its dedication
to fostering flourishing rather than warfare in the messy and
heartbreaking area of family law.
We focus on children first by taking on four different roles -

mediator/arbitrator, and parenting-coordinator/decision-maker.
Because we are an intimate, focused practice, we offer flexibility
and responsiveness that larger firms either cannot or choose not to
embrace. We work remotely, believe truly in work/life balance, and
strive to advocate well for children within a supportive,
