Job Description:
The Parts Shipping & Receiving Associate plays a key role in
ensuring the efficient movement of parts and accessories in and out
of the dealership. This role is responsible for receiving,
inspecting, and stocking parts shipments, as well as preparing and
shipping outgoing orders. Supports the parts and service
departments by maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring timely
delivery for customer and repair needs. Key Objectives Ensure
accurate and timely receiving, stocking, and shipping of all parts
Maintain organized inventory to support service and sales
operations Provide reliable support to internal teams and customers
Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
Stock parts in correct locations and update inventory records Pick,
package, and ship outgoing orders Communicate with vendors and
internal staff regarding orders and deliveries Maintain a clean,
organized parts area What you’ll bring Strong attention to detail
and organizational skills Basic computer and inventory software
proficiency Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset The ability
to lift anywhere from 25 to 50 lbs with an assistive device Work in
environments that include heat, cold, dust, and loud noises
Flexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays. (we are
always closed on Sundays) Neat, clean, and professional appearance
Ability to pass a background and drug test Demonstrate alignment
with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all
interactions Expected Results Parts are received and shipped with
100% accuracy Inventory counts remain current and correct Service
and sales departments receive parts on time Resources Parts
inventory management system Forklift or pallet jack. (if
applicable) Packing and shipping supplies Vendor and freight
