Kelly is seeking experienced Production Operators for a top manufacturing company in Fort Collins, CO.Job Summary: The Dry Production Entry performs all entry level tasks involved in the production of finished dry products. The position follows SOPs and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.Essential Job Functions: --- Assist Operators, Workers, and Blenders with daily pre-operational setups--- Perform quality checks on finished goods being produced--- Understand all cleaning procedures, including PPE required to perform the task safely--- Complete secondary tasks for production, including folding boxes and bringing material to the production areas--- Build pallets according to tie-high standards--- Balance safety, quality, and productivity to achieve positive results in all areas; the Dry Production Entry must always work to continuously improve all assembly line activities--- Operate entry level equipment (pneumatic pallet jack, tape guns)--- Represent, promote, and enforce exceptionalism with all regulatory agencies (OSHA, SQF) and their applicable policies--- Other duties as assignedJob Qualifications:--- High School Diploma or GED--- 1+ years' manufacturing experience preferred Working Conditions:--- Employees in this position working at this location are [or may be] exposed to various potential chemical and food allergens due to the nature of our business and the requirements of the job.
