Working Title Instructor for Certified Addiction Counseling & Master's in Addiction Counseling courses - Open Pool Position Location Fort Collins, CO Posting Number 202000084F Proposed Annual Salary Range $50,000-60,000 Employee Benefits Position Type Faculty Work Hours/Week Description of Work Unit Teach the methodology and core content areas of academic psychology to approximately 1000 undergraduates and to educate and train approximately 95 graduate students in general psychology and in the specialities of Counseling, Applied Social and Health, Cognitive, Cognitive Neuroscience, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Addiction Counseling. The open positions are non-tenure track assignments. Annual terms and reappointment may depend on performance and/or the continued availability of funding. Instructors will teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in the area of Addiction Counseling. Conditions of Employment Pre-employment Criminal Background Check (required for new hires) Required Job Qualifications 1. A Masters degree in Psychology or closely related area 2. Certified Addiction Counseling ( CAC )- III certification 3. Colorado Office of Behavioral Health Approved Trainer Status for CAC Clinical Training Program Preferred Job Qualifications 1.
