Sr Product Manager (Treasury Management) 561-Fort Collins JFK Fort Collins, CO 80525, USA Description General Description and Essential Functions This position can be filled at any Great Western Bank location The Senior Product Manager will proactively manage the Treasury Management product lineup, including new product development, process improvements, and customer pricing and key vendor partner relationships. Responsibilities will include: executing on the delivery of several Treasury Management receivables products; managing Treasury Management digital banking platform; and partnering with Treasury Sales staff on initiatives focused on improving customer engagement. The Senior Product Manager will oversee product strategy and roadmap development by conducting competitive analysis, identifying industry trends and prioritizing opportunities. Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders across the bank to define the product vision and ensure alignment with commercial banking and Treasury Management lines of business. Monitor the Treasury Management competitive marketplace to identify product trends, risks and opportunities and develop an actionable product roadmap. Manage the Treasury Management product development prioritization process and content, including innovation initiatives. Engage with customers to ensure there is a clear value proposition to business cases that enhance the Treasury Management product lineup in the future. Provide leadership, motivation and hands-on direction for Treasury Management product initiatives and projects. Monitor our product offering to ensure that it is aligned with our company's strategy and priorities. Develop and enhance reporting dashboards to measure KPI's and metrics essential for the success of the product line. Partner with technology vendors to deliver attractive product feature/function and ensure product performance, including service levels and contractual obligations are met. Work directly with Treasury Sales, internal marketing and training teams to drive customer acquisition and engagement through thoughtful promotional campaigns and ongoing employee awareness and product sales training. Qualifications/Experience Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related professional experience required. 7+ years of related work experience with a solid understanding of Treasury Management bank products and a working knowledge of Product Development and Product Management. Experience with Treasury Management digital banking channels. Proven leader of complex Go-to-Market product initiatives. Product knowledge of account receivables and related Treasury solutions is a plus. Self-starter with strong initiative and drive to complete tasks quickly, independently and efficiently with attention to detail and quality. Advanced written and verbal communication experience with a demonstrated proficiency in meeting management and group process facilitation skills.
