Job Description:

Corporate Controller, IT Industry - Denver, CO/Remote

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

New Charter Technologies New Charter Technologies was created to be a best-in-class platform for IT Managed Service Providers (“MSPs”) by industry veteran CEO Mitch Morgan and Oval Partners in September 2019. The Company’s unique model provides the opportunity for MSP owners to take some money off the table while re-investing in a nationwide, diversified MSP platform that brings greater value creation potential than their businesses could achieve on its own. The New Charter Technologies platform is decentralized, with partner companies continuing to be run by the founding teams that made them successful in the first place. Operating Companies (OpCo’s) maintain their management, operations, and identity, while being augmented by the strategic leadership, centralized reporting, and additional capital provided by Mitch and Oval Partners. New Charter has made thirteen acquisitions to date, with three more acquisitions planned by end of 2021, and the company expects to continue its rapid acquisition pace over the next several years.
