**WHAT YOU'LL BRING:**

- Experience interacting directly with internal and external customers, stakeholders and individual contributors to better understand business needs and opportunities that inform an effective and profitable market strategy

- Experience with taking solutions to market with a proven growth track record
- Excellent interpersonal skills, experience presenting to and communicating with groups of customers and/or executive stakeholders
- High degree of intellectual curiosity with the ability to manage large tasks and projects without oversight or detailed direction
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills and a history of using them to achieve measurable success
- This position requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field with at least four years of progressive experience in strategic planning and/or product management

- Ability to conceptualize, develop and direct the execution of complex technology solutions and go-to-market strategies; turning great products into actual revenue
- Must possess excellent verbal, presentation, and written skills. In addition, the right candidate must have the ability to translate technical products/solutions into compelling stories
- A talent and passion for written communication and clear presentations that convey complex analytical assumptions, business cases and market planning strategies to varied audiences
- Experience working across a large, matrix-governed organization and working across siloes to drive a project or initiative to conclusion
- Experience and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel

- Support a sustainable strategic growth vision
- Collaborating closely with key stakeholders to engage and drive innovation
- Deep understanding of the organization's mission and strategies
- Proactively engaging with internal and external customers to understand their needs, priorities and challenges to deliver industry leading solutions
- Developing go to market strategies that meet and exceed related revenue and adoption goals
- Setting direction by defining a roadmap in support of an overall market planning strategy, sales enablement tools, and an expansion of growth opportunities
- Working across the internal matrix organization to maximize the value proposition of identified opportunities

**COMPENSATION:**

We offer competitive compensation packages that are based on careful consideration of the impact and scope of the position, external pay benchmarking and the candidates' knowledge skills and abilities. Our target salary ranges are quite broad to accommodate the many factors that are considered.

**SALARY RANGE:**

$66,800.00 - $127,200.00
