DescriptionAECOM is actively seeking an experienced Water Quality
Engineer for immediate full-time employment. We are seeking
candidates that have a strong focus on water quality compliance.The
responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to,
those listed below:Research, review, and analyze water quality
policy and regulations.Lead regulatory compliance tasks relating to
stormwater and wastewater management.Prepare and review Water
Quality Management Plans, which communicate stormwater and
wastewater regulations affecting the management of water sources at
a facility.Prepare and review Storm Water Pollution Prevention
Plans (SWPPPs).Review and assess compliance methodologies employed
at a facility and provide feedback and creative solutions to reduce
overall risk of non-compliance.Mentor and supervise junior staff
while managing tasks of varying sizes and complexity.About AECOM's

and reduce risks.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's
Degree in Engineering6 years of engineering experience focused on
water quality complianceValid U.S. Driver's license is required for
this roleNationwide travel (50% of the time)Preferred
Qualifications:10 years of engineering experience focused on water
quality complianceP.E. license is preferredDemonstrated knowledge
of federal, state, and local regulations that implement the Clean
Water ActStrong writing, critical thinking, and reasoning
skillsBasic knowledge of ArcGIS and AutoCAD softwareExperience
reviewing and/or writing Spill Prevention Countermeasure Control
(SPCC) PlansMentorship ExperienceExperience consulting DOD
clientsKnowledge of DOD management practices as they relate to
environmental complianceStrong focus and attention to
detailAdditional InformationDue to the nature of the work, US
Citizenship is requiredRelocation is not available for this
position.Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual
education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The
salary range for this position is $78,000 - $145,000AECOM is proud
