The Access clinician position provides same day and scheduled
point-of-entry services including integrated assessments, treatment
recommendations, diagnosing, screening, referral, crisis
intervention, and case management to all ages seeking mental health
and/or substance use disorder treatment. Position works closely
with other clinical teams to ensure appropriate placement of new
clients in the continuum of SummitStone services. Provider
collaborates with community and healthcare providers to ensure
continuity of care. At times may provide psychoeducation and
program orientation to prospective clients. Position requires
strong communication and organizational skills.
The Clinical Team Lead assists the leadership team within the
Access Clinician team to ensure that clinical service lines are
operating effectively, and that treatment rendered is meeting
client needs. Provides direct individual and group clinical
supervision to clinicians. Provides case consultation to clinicians
and/or treatment team members, both in individual and group
settings. Provides leadership and professional development supports
to staff. Collaborates with multidisciplinary professional staff
within SummitStone and the community. May work alongside the
leadership team to prepare the clinical team for emerging
treatments and/or service array changes. Assists in providing
on-site and remote leadership, which may include providing crisis
intervention, attending to needs of staff within the building,
problem solving between treatment team members, or helping clients
who are in need of assistance. Will perform direct client care for
clients needing mental health and/or substance use disorder
treatment.
The clinical Team Lead will have time dedicated to assisting in
supporting Children and Youth Mental Health Treatment Act (CYMHTA)
and Family First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA) assessments and
will be trained to assist in completing assessments as requested.
At times the Clinical Team Lead may provide psychoeducation and
program orientation to prospective clients.

Experiences and Background We Look For
Required: - Master's degree in a Human Services field from an
accredited college or university; minimum 2 years experience in the
behavioral health field; Professional licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or
LMFT.
Preferred: Bi-lingual with experience in assessment and crisis
intervention;CAS or LAC. - -
Wage Ranges
Typical hiring range for a based on a 40 hr work week and relevant
qualifications and experience: -
