- Location: Bristlecone, Fort Collins, Colorado
- Status: Full-time, SalariedJail based clinicians (Bachelor's
and Master's level) provide a broad range of services within the
Larimer County Jail such as: group therapy, individualized therapy,
MAT specific therapeutic services, case management, care
coordination. Additionally, clinicians provide as needed outpatient
case management and therapy services. Clientele are typically
experiencing substance use disorders or co-occurring disorders.The
Team Lead will be responsible for providing weekly clinical
supervision to jail based staff. This position will also provide
case consultation to clinicians and/or treatment team members. Will
provide leadership and professional development supports to staff.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary professional staff within
SummitStone, the jail and the community. May work along jail-based
leadership to prepare clinicians for emerging treatments and/or
service array changes.The Team Lead will individually support
competency involved clients and may attend ongoing competency MDT
meetings. The Jail Based Behavioral Services (JBBS) team strives to
work together to overcome barriers and deliver person focused
treatment to the clients being served. As such, applicants should
be open to a team-based approach in providing services to JBBS
clientele. The team lead plays a key role in maintaining strong
relationships with key community partners and other
professionals.All clinical staff at SummitStone Health work within

- Required: Master's Degree or license in Human Services field
from accredited College or University or equivalent experience. 1-2
years professional experience as a behavioral health clinician in
the human services industry. LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Preferred: Bilingual/Bi-cultural.
- Required: Master's Degree from accredited College or University
and a substance use credential and 1-2 years professional
experience as a behavioral health clinician in the human
services.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening for all
federally illegal substances, including THC.
- Single licesure: LCSW or LPC or LAC
- Bilingual/Bi-cultural.Based on a 40 hr. work week.
- $55,606.42 - $69,508.03This does not include a 10% program
