• Greet patients when they walk in the door
• Check insurance and update patient files
• Answer all incoming phone calls
• Schedule appointments
• Explanation of benefits
• Walk patients through long term care plans and make sure they know exactly what they have pay for and what insurance will coverQualifications:
  • Healthcare front desk experience
