Job Description Extract Bean Chopper- Fort Collins, CO This is an hourly level position.Job Summary: The Bean Chopper performs all entry level tasks involved in the production of vanilla extract. The position follows all established SOPs and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
Essential Job Functions: Balance safety, quality and productivity to achieve positive results in all areasAssist Operators with daily pre-operational setups
Understand all cleaning procedures, including the PPE required to perform the task safelyComply with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene and health standardsStore ingredients properly and safely, using Julian dates and FIFOOperate entry level equipment, including bean chopping machine, pneumatic pallet jacks and tape gunsKeep work area neat and clean at all times; clean and maintain equipment used in food preparationRepresent, promote and enforce exceptionalism with all regulatory agencies (OSHA, SQF) and their applicable policiesOther duties as assignedJob Qualifications:High school diploma or GED1+ years' manufacturing experience preferred Working Conditions:Employees in this position working at this location are
