Description:Signing Bonus: $1500Pay: $19.00 - $20.00/hour, plus bonusesRoundhouse, a rapidly growing developer and manager of diverse real estate projects, is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Groundskeeper. The groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the exterior appearance of our property. They will be required to perform a variety of tasks to ensure that the grounds, landscaping, and outdoor amenities are well-maintained and presentable to residents and visitors. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Reports to the Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor and receives direction, priorities, and daily assignments. Sweep and blow sidewalks, walkways, and parking lots to ensure cleanliness. Clean and maintain common areas and amenities such as courtyards, swimming pools, and outdoor grilling areas. Remove trash, debris, and pet waste from the property on a daily basis. Assist with snow and ice removal during the winter months. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and painting exterior surfaces. Report any maintenance issues or safety issues to the Community Manager. Maintains equipment used in the performance of this position and ensures that all equipment and supplies are stored properly. Follow all safety procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook, operations SOPs, and safety labels on all equipment. Maintain a professional demeanor and always represent the company in a positive mannerPM21Requirements:One year of related experience. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Knowledge of safety procedures. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Enthusiastic, motivated, team-player. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods of time.
