A company is looking for a Remote Customer Experience
Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Gain understanding of Employee Assistance Programs and Managed Care
products to address caller needs
Listen effectively to identify and respond to caller needs in a
professional and empathetic manner
Document calls efficiently and maintain relationships with team
members
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma required
Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
Customer service inbound call center experience required;
experience in insurance, benefits, healthcare, or human resources
preferred
Knowledge of CPT/ICD-9 preferred
Stable work history required
