Payment Posting Supervisor

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Reimbursement Payment Posting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily payment posting operations within the Reimbursement - Screening department
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for efficient payment posting
Train and supervise payment posting staff to ensure adherence to company policies

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Proven experience in payment posting in a healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of Telcor software and its applications
Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement and billing processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
