JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW As a TriNet Enterprise Architect you will be part of the central Architecture team supporting the TriNet Actuarial and Insurance Services group, which leverages software and data to help facilitate business decisions such as price and risk optimization, workforce management, etc. You will be responsible for driving the technical roadmap, principles, standards, and guidelines for these domains, working with a variety of stakeholders both in technology and the line of business, all with the goal of reducing the TCO for our technology portfolio while increasing our technical capabilities. The position will be instrumental in transforming the technical landscape, migrating to cloud and SAAS solutions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES * Drive technology blueprints for the TriNet Platform Actuarial and Insurance Services domains, ensuring that individual system architectures are consistent with our wider TriNet data, architecture and technology strategy leveraging ML/AI and Data. * Assist with the migration of our applications to the target state architecture. * Align with business architects, product owners, line of business etc. to ensure a consolidated and aligned technical roadmap * Aligns with solution architects, developers, program managers to ensure software delivery aligns to technology roadmap, principles, standards and guidelines * Hands on proof of concept for software, integrations, etc. where needed to validate assumptions. * Lead RFI, RFP, Build / Buy analysis, and other * Drive API, workflow and file integration specifications JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Education: * Masters degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): * Experience: * 10+ years relevant experience in technology thought leadership roles, with at least 5 years experience in an enterprise architect, principle program management, or other position aligned to the above responsibilities * Experience developing a large, highly scalable SaaS B2C or B2B product * Experience architecting and designing implementation of cloud based data applications, including AI/ML, such as Amazon SageMaker. * Experience migrating analytical and data workloads to public cloud solutions * 10+ years in hands on development, including coding in Java, Python, C# or similar languages * Experience in health care, HR, or other related fields Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Proven communication and collaboration across a variety of audiences within a large enterprise organization, including C level presentation experience * Detailed knowledge of architectural approaches, including integration, cloud computing * WORK ENVIRONMENT/OTHER INFORMATION (Travel required, physical requirements, on-call schedules, etc.) * Minimal travel required * Currently remote.
