New Employees Eligible for $1500 Sign-On Bonus!! Summary:Supports molding with the management and performance of auxiliary tasks. Will be responsible for resin, secondary molding processes, material handling, and paperwork of the molding area.Essential Duties and Responsibilities included the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.Forklift operation for material handling of resin and parts.Managing and preparing resin (mixing and drying). Including monitoring resin levels and reporting inventory shortages.Load and unload parts and/or resin from ovens. Will be trained to load and start ovens once familiar with process and related paperwork.Manage and prepare packaging materials on molding floor areas.Responsible for 5S of molding and oven area.Qualifications:1-3 years experience in a molding environment preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude, analytical mindset, reasoning abilities and problem solving skills.Good training and leadership skills; team oriented. Highly motivated.Experience operating riding forklifts.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., push 200 lbs., stand, sit, bend, kneel, or reach throughout shift.Flexibility to work overtime (including weekends).Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
