• Monday, Wednesday and Friday (Part time)

      • Responsible for maintaining, repairing physical structures of buildings, site property, equipment, and grounds.
      • Completes in-unit maintenance requests.
      • Completes maintenance and facility record keeping.
      • Paints, keeping an accurate list of on-site inventory.
      • Cleans grounds and removes litter, waters lawn and shrubs.
      • Removes snow using a snow shovel, snow blower. Qualifications:
        • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be at least 21 years old and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
        • Must have current driver's license and continue to meet company driving standards.
        • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
        • Background in plumbing, carpentry, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and wiring, as well as paint and drywall repair is preferred.
        • Knowledge of building maintenance and repair methods, materials, tools, and equipment repair is preferred.
