From corporate campuses to single sites, EFS provides a range of services that support mission-critical areas of financial services, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, transportation, and government sectors.Job Title:Site Lead Job Summary:This is a working supervisory position that is responsible to perform and oversee a team to complete required PM and repairs on the client's facility equipment. This person will be able to lead a team in the successful completion of client required work. This person will be responsible to coordinate workflow and perform supervisory duties such as timecards, evaluations, scheduling and other HR duties. The position will also be responsible for communicating scheduling, status, and other information to the client.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Performs preventive maintenance activities on facility following written instructions. PM activities include measurement of wear, replacement of expendables (i.e. belts, hoses, fluids, filters, etc.) and inspection/evaluation of operating characteristics such as speeds, pressures, vacuum, or vibration.Analyzes findings during PM and recommends changes to PM content based upon findings. Documents PM activities within the CMMS. Completes assigned work orders and documents completion within the CMMS. Completes repairs including rebuilding of pumps, steam traps, valves, electrical, pneumatic solenoid devices and HVAC equipment.Completes general building repairs, including repair and painting of walls, doors, floors, etc.Completes repairs to plumbing system including fixing leaks and stoppages, repairs or replacement of sinks, piping, valves or drains. Minor electrical repairs such as changing de-energized ballasts, switches and outlets. Also performs maintenance and repair on overhead doors and dock levelers. -Responsible to work with and manage staff assigned. This includes timekeeping, evaluations, scheduling and other management duties. Will direct workflow, order parts, organize projects, and is responsible for teamwork. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by the Site Manager Qualifications: Education High School degree (or equivalent) required, technical training and/or additional education preferredBusiness Experience -Minimum of 10 years in maintenance, construction, or related fields.Licenses/CertificationsValid driver's license, Fork truck operator's license, lift trainingLanguage SkillsAbility to read and comprehend complex operating and maintenance instructions, and memos. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one -on-one and small group situations of customers, clients and other employees of the organizationAbility to maintain a flexible schedule: days, evenings, weekends and emergenciesPresent self in professional manner: neat appearance and grooming.Able to produce a quality work product in a prompt, safe and efficient manner.Observe and adhere to safety and health rules.Good communication with and respect for co-workers and their property, vendors, and tenantsTeam player, hard worker, good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports.Must be able to effectively communicate through email, generate Memos, and utilize Excel to manage data.
