Manpower in partnership with Gravel and Stone company near Fort Collins, CO has Direct Hire position for a Plant Support Tech. Direct Hire Permanent Positions !!Schedule: Rotating dats and nights but stay on same 1/2 of the week Pay: $22.50 to $24/hr starting wage (must be able to flip days and nights every other month- 12 hours shifts) The Plant Support Technician responsibilities include the movement of materials to finished product, maintenance, repair & installation of process equipment

• Member of a 3-person crew supporting a fine grind plant and stone crushing plant in a 24x7 operation
• Normal duties include loading trucks with finished product from storage silos, performing bagging of product, operating a forklift, take process samples, perform daily inspections and greasing, clean-up activities and light maintenance as needed
• Executes day-to-day activities and tasks while adhering to safety policies, practices and SOPs and assuring quality and quantity of production
• Requires a highly motivated, self-starter, willingness to work outdoors doing physical work
• Attend work regularly, punctually, and with preparedness including appropriate attire and PPE each shift start
• Maintains a positive attitude and be willing to perform all functions assigned either individually or through teamwork with a willingness to accept changes or adjust plans
