Completes and helps lead others in completing the actual installations, work orders or projects, including the ability to function effectively on both the D&I (delivery and installation) and MAC (moves, adds, and changes) responsibilities of the Operations Department. This involves assuring safe & proper installation of the furniture according to the installation drawings & instructions, safe & efficient move of all boxes and equipment according to instructions and customer protocols, as well as directing the efforts of other junior teammates and/or sub-contractors.     • Valid drivers license, valid automobile insurance and ability to travel to out-of-state job sites which may occasionally require overnight stays
    • Ability to properly lift and move heavy office furniture
    • Good customer service philosophy accompanied by effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Must be able to grasp mechanical concepts without difficulty
    • Basic ability to understand maps, floor plans and elevations
    • Must be able to take direction and follow through
    • Understanding and appreciation of need for accurately completing delivery and installation paperwork
    • Must have basic tools applicable for position in accordance with posted list
