Job Description:

A company is looking for a Construction Draw Analyst in Pittsburgh.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and determine appropriate draw disbursement on all holdback construction loans
Coordinate communications with all parties involved in the draw process
Process draw disbursements in a timely manner while ensuring compliance

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of work experience in similar roles
Experience within the construction industry or related field preferred
General knowledge of residential construction and mortgage terminology
Experience with computing tools like MS Excel and Google Sheets
