As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for servicing our existing client base, researching new business opportunities, and supervising a small team. You will also be responsible for training and developing incoming team members on our existing systems.Key Responsibilities

• Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
• Research new business opportunities through market analysis and lead generation.
• Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Train and develop incoming team members on our existing systems and processes.
• Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
• Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.Requirements
