Responsibilities:
--- Consistent follow-up on all leads and work until closed
--- Be accountable to protocols in our systems
--- Call, convert, and prospect your own sphere of influence to generate additional leads
--- Show homes and convert buyers into new homeowners
--- Must be able to work closely with support staff to ensure a five-star experience for every client
--- Must have a working knowledge of current Colorado Real Estate contracts

Qualifications:
--- Must possess a current Real Estate License in Colorado
--- Highly economically motivated

--- Ability to embrace training, culture, and protocol accountability
