Job Description:

Launch your Sales career with us and have fun at the same time.--No Prior Sales Experience Is Required--- we will train you! Our Entry Level Sales Reps help our customers transform their houses into their homes.--Compensation includes $45,000 base pay plus commissions; $75,000 - $150,000 at plan earnings first year.

You will be generating new leads in pre-screened residential neighborhoods, trade shows, and community events. Performance after 90 days will be reviewed for a Mid-Senior Level Sales position.

Responsibilities:
--- Lead generation, door-to-door
--- Drive in pre-screened residential neighborhoods and attend home shows and events to generate potential prospects
--- Visit homeowners and offer free estimates
--- Be the face of the company and present yourself in a professional manner

Qualifications:
--- Looking for people who love performance-based positions and getting paid what they are worth

--- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
