Position Overview Zedcor will be hiring a Branch Manager for our
office in the Denver, Colorado. We are currently looking for an
individual with a strong operations and sales background, who is
experienced in managing a growing team and isnt afraid to wear many
hats in the interim while expanding our business in Toronto. The
ideal candidate would be someone with commercial security
experience or an equipment rental background, who excels in
delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Oversee
the management of a new branch, with a focus on growth and
expansion; Responsibility to train and develop new staff and to
ensure the branch office adheres to Zedcors safety policies and
code of conduct; Ensure accurate tracking of equipment and
consumables inventory; Regularly visit client locations to meet
with customers, educate them about Zedcor services and complete
sales contracts; Follow up on sales leads generated through in
person visits, phone calls, or other sources; Prospect potential
customers using various direct methods, such as cold-calling and
face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking;
Gather market data on pricing, client needs, client size, etc.;
Ensure adherence to standardized processes and contract terms as
determined by management; Build, develop and maintain profitable
business partnerships and relationships which promote long-term
success for both Zedcor and its clients; Establish and maintain a
high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements
A self-starter who is driven and motivated to work independently
with little oversight; Experience managing and building a team;
Experience in business development and working in a fast-paced,
results-driven competitive environment; Excellent professional
written and verbal communication skills; An ability to build strong
relationships with customers, problem solve, and quickly develop
solutions; Strong negotiation and contract structuring skills;
Sound decision making and strategic thinking; A background in
inventory/project management; Clean driving record; and Proficiency
in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel,
