Full-time role with reliable hours and long-term stability Help clients design beautiful, functional spaces — no cold calling required Supportive team culture where your voice and input are valued Paid training on stone products, design tools, and internal systems $18–$22/hour based on experience, plus 2 weeks PTO What You’ll Be Doing: As the Inside Sales & Support Representative , you’ll serve as the first impression for new and returning customers — and help guide them from the first phone call through final approvals. Customer Service & Reception Greet customers in person, by phone, and via email with warmth and professionalism Answer questions, schedule appointments, and communicate updates clearly Coordinate customer visits and follow up as needed Sales & Project Consultation Talk through customer needs, material options, and countertop design ideas Help clients understand stone types, edge profiles, and aesthetic choices Create quotes, review pricing, and secure signed approvals Follow up on open projects and help close jobs through consultative selling Project Coordination & Admin Support Maintain scheduling calendars and key project documentation Track paperwork, client notes, and approvals across multiple projects Help the team with pricing updates, file management, and data entry Support coordination between sales, design, and fabrication What You Bring: Friendly, personable approach and professional communication style Excellent customer service instincts with attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning internal systems Willingness to learn stone composition, design elements, and product differences Strong organizational skills and confidence juggling multiple tasks Preferred (Not Required): Inside sales, reception, or customer support experience Exposure to design, home improvement, or construction industries Your Next Move: If you’re excited about helping customers feel confident in their choices — and want to grow within a dynamic team — apply today.
