The FlexCare Program Coordinator will supervise the Family FlexCare Team staff and oversee daily program operations. Provide consultation and supervision to clinicians to ensure eligibility for services and documentation standards are met within required timeframes. Will also provide some direct care on the team providing intakes, groups, or ongoing therapy services as determined by Family Services Director. Provide other supervisory and coordinator responsibilities to the team under the direction of the Family Services Director. Schedule is Monday-Friday. What is FlexCare? Jefferson Center's FlexCare program is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to our clients five days a week. We offer a variety of services, including therapy, medication consultations, resource guidance, peer support, and family education. Our wraparound model ensures a client-centered approach, focusing on the unique needs and preferences of each individual. Services are available to clients aged 8–21 who are either existing Jefferson Center clients or new to the Center. Both in-person and remote services are available. Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required: Conferred Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or related field required. Clinical Licensure in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field required. (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LP) Four or more years related experience and/or training required. Strong assessment skills and experience working with individuals with mental health issues required. Skills in a robust set of clinical interventions required; preferred particularly in areas of crisis interventions, culturally competent interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and other applicable treatment modalities. Knowledge and understanding of the effects of trauma on individuals who access services required. Knowledge of stages of change, motivational interviewing, culturally appropriate episode of care and trauma informed care practices are required. Prior clinical supervisory experience preferred. CAS/CAT or LAC preferred. Ability and willingness to work in face-to face and via video telehealth Skills, experience, or vested interest in integrated health care approaches Comfort with or willingness to quickly learn various technologies Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Essential Duties: Administrative: Oversight of Family FlexCare staff. Provides supervision of staff to ensure functions of intake and ongoing treatment, proper documentation, and quality ongoing mental health therapy are provided by each assigned staff. Hire and maintain all staff including oversight of timesheets and schedules to ensure adequate coverage for service provision. Provide leadership, consultation and supervision to staff, including supervision for licensure. Provide supervision at the frequency and interval agreed upon by the Family Services Director. Consult with clinicians/staff on high acuity cases and make appropriate referrals for higher levels of care or other services as necessary. Plan, direct and facilitate Family FlexCare team meetings/consultations as assigned. Provide training on JCMH intake and ongoing therapy procedures and paperwork. Review and prepare charts for audits. Review and approve charts and treatment plans for clinicians ensuring all documentation standards are met in Avatar. Ensure that fee collections meet the team goal as determined by Family Services Director. Complete performance evaluations, employee contribution discussions, stay interviews, and any other required evaluations at interval set by Jefferson Center. Monitor on-going performance measure areas such as consumer service hours, paperwork and customer service expectations with assigned staff including developing action plans and disciplinary measures as appropriate. Ensure staff meet 90% of all Progress-to-Date forms within 3 working days and completes 95% of all paperwork by the due date. Serves as Leadership on Site one day a week. Clinical: Performs clinical assessments on assigned consumers, completing all elements of the standard Jefferson Center intake assessment, including mental status exam and DSM diagnosis Involve family members and representatives from other agencies in the evaluation process as appropriate. Provide ongoing group, individual, and family therapy as needed. Determine eligibility for services based on presenting issues, diagnostic formulation, and established payor-source guidelines. Consults with Crisis Services team when consumer presents with high lethality or other emergent concerns. Attend mandatory in-services, compliance with individualized training plan as required. Participate in supervision by coming prepared with an agenda. Reports high risk/problem cases and utilizes a problem-solving approach as well as feedback. Engage consumer and family in the treatment process and goal setting. Identify risk factors including lethality. Work constructively with consumers to reach agreed upon outcome, and coordinates care with internal and external providers. Maintains appropriate professional standards and provides appropriate follow-up for consumers. Maintain appropriate professional standards and provides appropriate follow-up for clients and families, including case management services. Effectively respond to client/consumer needs and problems, initiates and maintains positive interactions, timely response to phone calls, pages, email and other requests. Work cooperatively with other community agencies, as appropriate, and in agreement with supervisor. Volunteers to work on Center committees and/or task forces. Submit 90% of all Progress-to-Date forms within 3 working days. Completes 95% of all paperwork by the due date and completes 95% of case closings within 90 days after last contact, 210 days for meds only. Salary Grade 15 - $67,300 to $85,700* Additional Salary Information*: The salary range above is based on 1.0 FTE (full time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Less than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE.* Jefferson Center pay is determined by various factors including education level, licensure level, years of relative experience, and internal equity amongst current staff.* Application Deadline: 02/27/2026.
