Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide specialized
services two days per week at an elementary school located in
Florissant, MO. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with
experience in pediatric and school-based speech-language therapy.
Qualifications and Experience: Valid certification as an SLP with
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or Certification of
Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Experience working with
pediatric and school-aged populations SLPA certification and
experience in school or healthcare settings is also considered
Familiarity with speech-language assessments and intervention
strategies tailored to childrens needs Location: Elementary school
setting in Florissant, MO Responsibilities: Conduct speech and
language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement evidence-based therapy to improve communication skills of
elementary students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other
professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate
documentation and progress reports in compliance with school
regulations Participate in team meetings and contribute to
