UCHealth is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) specialized in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or Labor and Delivery (L&D) to join our talented team on the night shift. This role focuses primarily on providing critical care to newborns in the NICU and supporting mothers during the labor and delivery process. Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in NICU and mothers in L&D units. Monitor patient health and progress post-delivery and during critical early life stages. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care plans. Educate and support families during the NICU or L&D experience. Ensure adherence to all hospital and national safety regulations and standards. Strong clinical skills with specialized knowledge in neonatal and perinatal care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments. Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Colorado. Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and/or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
