Job Description:

Colorado, is excited to offer an opportunity for an Occupational
Therapist Fellow with a specialization in Hand Therapy. This role
is designed for those who wish to advance their career in a

patient-centered approach to treatment and recovery. As an
Occupational Therapist Fellow in Hand Therapy at UCHealth, you will
contribute to a team dedicated to improving patient outcomes
through innovative and evidenced-based therapeutic practices. You
will work closely with a team of experienced therapists and other
healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care tailored to
the unique needs of our patients. Evaluate and treat patients with
hand and upper extremity conditions under the supervision and
guidance of experienced hand therapists. Design and implement
comprehensive treatment plans to meet individual patient needs and
recovery goals. Document patient progress and adjust treatment
plans as necessary. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
to ensure a collaborative approach to patient care. Engage in
continuous learning and professional development activities,
including research and seminars specific to hand therapy. Assist in
the mentoring of occupational therapy students and new staff.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively
in a team Proficiency in using therapy equipment and implementing
complex treatment plans Knowledge of the latest therapy techniques
and evidence-based practices specific to hand therapy Medical

Current license as an occupational therapist in the state of
Colorado Certification or eligibility for certification as a Hand
Therapist (CHT) is highly preferred
